[TenTec] One happy Paragon user

Hello All,

I have bought a Tentec Paragon sn 585-00913 but i have and had some minor
problems.

* The battery problem
I have tried and looked in the archives for a solution but i did not manage
to find a answer
If i remove power VCC0 drops to zero i use a Ghiel chip V 3.0
it looks as if the microprocessor does not go in sleep mode
And the current drown by the set is to high for the "regulator"
might a 78L05 do the job.

*PLL problem
Is solved with resolder the minor loop board

*Display
The display was completly bright which was caused by a faulty
capaicitor  C 4,7 mf/50 volt

*PBT
The PBT seems te be of center and i want to realign it
but do not know the procedure can anyone help me with this

*S-meter
I look like the meter is hanging on a S2 sometimes
i heave read about this problem but can not find the
solution Help please
