[TenTec] Orion cw rise/fall time setting

With the ARRL 160M contest starting tomorrow, this is probably a good time to encourage all Orion cw users to set the cw rise/fall menu setting at 8-10msec to avoid generating keyclicks.  There's an as-yet-to-be resolved question about how TenTec calibrated Orion's scale, but in any event, several of us have verified on the air that 8-10msec is the range that is needed to avoid generating keyclicks.  This setting holds true for all recent firmware releases, including today's v1.372
