For some strange reason, the Corsair II is the "driftiest" of the bunch. New 
grease might help but you'll never be totally rid of drift. There's a guy 
selling a kit that is supposed to correct the drift. I recommend the rebuild 
first and if that doesn't help then consider the kit:

My Corsair II will drift 4 or 500HZ until warmed up. Does a PTO rebuild take 
care of this? Or do you do rebuilds just because of the hard grease? I have 
no problem with the turning of the vfo just the drift.
