[TenTec] Noise

Doe it only come on at night? I've had faulty street lamps in my 
neighborhood that have made similar noises. The lamp starts up then goes 
out. The restart sequence makes a lot of noise, then the cycle repeats. 
Look for intermittent or flickering street lights.
