I feel disrespected, I still own a 2036 and it still works great.  Now 
is serves as a acket radio for the DX cluster and has been a great rig.  
When I use to use it in the car, it was the easiest radio to change 
frequencies because of the lever frequency switches.  You simply counted 
the clicks and you were on frequency.  Oh well so much for nostalgia.
