Yes 99% it's the relay.Ten tec does nice job but expensive and they use model K41 and HC 1 is recommended by many. This company which I think is relatively has relays at low prices ( both types)

Allen Bond has RJ1 and HC1 pulls for sale also. Change the relay and diode while your at it and you 'll goin agn. DAve
