[TenTec] HELP Corsair II low output

Good Evening:

My (new to me) Corsair II is only putting about 38 watts out.  Have tried
it on several bands, and a couple of different antennas.  The receiver
portion is working perfectly, so far as I can tell.

Can anyone help me diagnose the problem?  Thanks in advance.
