[TenTec] Older TT rigs & SCAF-1 (was "Looking for Omni-546C")

Per the thread about use of the SCAF-1 with the Omni C: I have been giving 
strong consideration to the purchase of an SCAF-1. What is its "review" by 
those of you on the list who have used them with Argosys, Tritons, 
Corsair/IIs, Scouts, etc.? I'm assuming that the SCAF-1 would be of similar 
benefit with any of these just as it seems to be with the Omni-C. Any "case 
histories" out there?
