[TenTec] Omni VI TX/RX Frequency discrepency

Every TenTec radio I have owned has had a TX offset to some degree.  If I
set my ts2000 to 3.750, I have to set me Omni6+ to 3.748 to match it.  My
Paragon did this as well as my omni C and my 580 Delta.  Anytime I am give a
net frequency I always tune slightly below it and everybods sounds fine.
This may or may not be what you are discribing though.
