[TenTec] Omni VI TX/RX Frequency discrepency

Sounds like you need to adjust the master oscillator against wwv. It's 
on the logic board. Again, you can hear it in your rx or fq counter. 
Simple trimmer adjustment. Once that is done then go back to the BFO.
