[TenTec] Orion Threshold and RF Gain Settings

In a related matter -
 
I note that I sometimes see a little white vertical bar to the top left of  
the box that displays the RF Gain setting.
 
Bug?  Indicator?  
 
BTW - I do like the way the RF gain works.
