[TenTec] Adding Binaural CW to Ten-Tec transceivers

Years ago I built a similar unit from plans in QST, if I remember right. Loaned it out and never got it back. This unit had a pot where you could move the cw signal back and forth. You could actually hear it move from left to right and back as you adjusted the pot. Is this the same thing?
