[TenTec] Orion cw keying issue

I just sent the following message to Dits & Bits.  Suggest others watch for it.  I expect the problem was there for some time and I did not notice it.  I thought my amplifiers were going bad!  

I just had to perform my first master reset of my Orion number O6C 10333 running version 1.367.  CW output became erratic on both antenna 1 and antenna 2, but first manifested itself only on antenna 1.  Dits were fine, but dahs caused erratic power output.  Setting power output level did not seem to affect the problem.  Sending a long string of dahs made the problem obvious.  QSK delay was set at 60%.  Changing qsk delay had no effect on erratic operation.
 
After a master reset the condition seemed to appear for a few seconds, but then stabilized to normal.
 
Problem appeared using either the internal cw keyer and an external keyer hooked to the multi-pin cable supplied.  
 
At low speed cw (less than 20 wpm) the alc light would not come on periodically during a string of dahs.  I observed the problem best using an external analog watt meter. 
 
After master reset all appears well.  Time will tell I guess.
