Don I have a Corsair II and I have a question of you.
You say on your add that your Corsair II has a nice crisp bandswitch.
Did you repair it?
I have a bandswitch on mine that is nice and crisp when switching but once on 
band of choice it has about a 1/16 inch of play.
It is not the plastic knob.
It is not the coupler inside the radio.
All is nice and tight.
The knob is not split.
I was told it is the bandswitch index.
Have you ever repaired yours and if so where did you find the index for the 
bandswitch?
I would like to fix mine unless the play is normal for the Corsair II.
