I don't know if I'd call it "seriously" off topic and as someone who 
occasionally bids on Ten Tec and other gear on eBay, I'm glad to have 
been informed.

I have seen similar deals and descriptions that weren't quite what 
was delivered. Really ask those questions of the seller to check 
their knowledge, response time, and cover yourself if you don't get 
what was described.
