Another more ham oriented (read that as cheap) way of doing that - would be 
to go to walmart - and get some celophane paper of your favorite colors... 
Just overlay the screen with the color of your particular mood for the day....

(yes - that's my way of agreeing - the color thread is getting old - LOL)
