[TenTec] Orion Finished?

Sorry, but I'm not discounting any of the suggestions offered. I am reading
each of them very closely as I asked for such inputs.

However you are correct in that no one else has said 'me too'. But Ten Tec
themselves have acknowledged that this problem exist and they have
acknowledged that they are working on a solution for it.

While it's true no one on this reflector has acknowledged the same problem,
I doubt very seriously that Ten Tec would put forth engineering/software
effort based on what just one ham has experienced.

While the possibility exist that I just might have 'ground loops', is there
any rational explanation that for the year that I have been operating my
Orion/Titan 3 that my system DID NOT exhibit this problem until after I
installed v1.371, and that it DOES NOT exhibit this problem if I go back to
v1.370, and it DOES NOT exhibit this problem if I run v1.371 and set the
L/R/Spkr audio to MAIN instead of BOTH?

Puzzles me.
