If you read post about folks who are having problems, there are numerous
suggestions that the poster may not have the experience necessary to
understand the problem. There were more than one response/comment to my
posting about the problems with v1.371 that insinuated I may not fully
understand. While I may not be as technically astute as some others claim
they are, I am pointing out that I am not a novice to the ham ranks.

If you go back and look at my very last post about the v1.371 problem, you
will see that I sent one special post to the reflector specifically
thanking everyone for their comments and suggestions. And yes, that included
the folks who told me to tear out my lightning grounding system and the
folks who told me how to build a veritcal antenna...in response to my
initial post about v1.371.
Am I the '--and screaming' one you are talking about? I hope so. But at
least I am doing my screaming, as you call it, here on the Ten Tec reflector
where it should be discussed...and not on eHam or anywhere else, for
everyone to read. It was MY 3500 buck I put out over a year ago to buy a
Ten Tec Orion, a year's worth of patience really should be sufficient. If
the Orion was produced by ANY company other than Ten Tec, it would have been
out the door a long time ago.
