That was the same as my experience.

I needed a dial cord for my Argosy.
I sent an email.
The dial cord arrived within one week - here in GERMANY!

Nothing but high marks for the service at Ten-Tec. One quick phone call 
and a new dial cord kit was on it's way. It was fun to talk with Paul 
during the process and the price (1.50 for the kit) was great. This is a 
company you can't beat. Kinda makes it hard to believe /some/ of the 
negative press on the Orion. Any of you guys get too frustrated with 
your Orion I've got a like new Omni-D for trade...lol.
