I have a Russian Electro Instrument Keyer-8 that's great, from Morse Express:

Big, hockey puck size, chromed brass base that is very heavy, and won't skate on the desk.

Mics:
Turners are very affordable. Amplified bases are an option.

Astatic D104 desk mics are nice, but out of production.
Maybe find a dealer with NOS in stock.
Couple different bases available: amplified, PTT switch bar.

The handheld mobile D104 is still in producton, around $40.
Couple of different versions available.

The EV 664 is a classic.
Mint/EC versions can be found under $100.
