[TenTec] OT: A fix for slow WinNT, Win2K or WinXP logoff

Adam,

I downloaded and installed this patch using the .msi file. As far as I
can tell by reading the readme files, the installation and operation of
this thing is supposed to be automatic. However....I see no difference
in my shutdown cycle. It still takes 23 seconds while the screen say
"shutting down". I am running XP home edition and a pentium 4 at 2.8
ghz. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

Dave, K4TO
