[TenTec] tighter filter for Jupiter

I used to run a Timewave DSP-599zx with mine.  It worked very well and
solved all the selectivity problems.  You just have to use an isolation
transformer to drive the outboard DSP unit because neither side of the
external speaker jack on the Jupiter is ground.
