Pay content will be the death of the web.

Most ISPs just don't get it, even though free content built the internet
customer base that butters their bread.

Business should pay and do. Internet subscribers should pay, and do.
Content providers should be GIVEN all the space they need and the
content should be free. Free information is the reason the internet
exists in the first place. It's been going down hill for the past few years
though.
