[TenTec] The Paragon - Your opinion please

Pat, or anyone,
Can the Paragon be opened up to operate on MARS nets? Can any TenTec rig 
operate on these freqs out of the ham bands? (I mean other than the 
small amount of bandwidth at each end of each ham band.)
