Add:
 
100 watts (like the Delta II)
decent display in bright light (like the Scout)
stable frequency (unlike the Scout)
sturdy mobile bracket that radio can be removed from
flash upgrading (like the Jupiter, etc.)

call it the Delta III or better yet, Scout II or
Jupiter Jr.
