[TenTec] Boeing and IEEE NOI Comments

WOW, makes some intersting reading, just more amunition to bury BPL. As 
least there seems to be some big  money stepping into the room with more 
clout than the ARRL

At least somebody else has said what I have stated,, the timing of NPRM and 
its closure, and the president's announement before the NTIA report seems 
like the FCC and the PREZ were trying to rubber stamp BPL into existance

we just need a few more big money boys on our team, like these two, and 
maybe we can shoot BPL,, and feed it to the dogs
