YEP,, THATS MY TAKE ON IT, AS I EXPLAINED TO A FRIEND,, THE IEEE IS THE MOST
ENCOMPASSING, BUT THE REST IF TAKEN AS A WHOLE, IS ALSO QUIT COMPELLING
