Well, here's the thing;  if one refers to a 15 kHz filter and the recipient
doesn't know that the menu is labeled 20, he may well be lost when looking
for it... If one refers to it as a 20 and it is labeled 20, most people will
find it and will still be able to follow along even if it is actually only
15....

Not trying to argue whether it is a 15 or a 20 or a 50 or a 100... It is
what it is, yet it is still labeled as 20....
