I totally agree, hand sending can be anything from near perfect to near
awful.  The latter is generally the case.  It takes a lot of practice and
skill to make a bug sound good.  The old railroad telegraph fellows usually
had 4 to 6 hours of practice/work per day.  They got pretty good from what
I'm told.  I have one of the vintage RR Vibroplex bugs of the 40's.  I
bought it from the estate of a RR telegrapher.  Now if I could just master
the critter.

In the mean time, I'll use the Vibroplex paddle on the Omni VI+.
