[TenTec] Heil Pro set 5 & Orion

I was getting some RFI into the Heil Pro set 5 while using an external amp. 
TX audio was distorted, lights would flicker on the Orion, and a buzz could 
be heard in the headphones. Per Heil's website, grounding the shell of the 4 
pin mic connector solved this.
