[TenTec] Jupiter with external tuner?

Regarding the LDG AT-11MP tuner.
I was dissapointed when I found several posts in eham mention that it was
discontinued earlier this year.
When up in Toronto last week for work, I stopped by RadioWorld. They had the
AT-11MP and said it was not discontinued.
So, I brought one home with me...and got a bit screwed on the taxes!!!
