[TenTec] new TenTec software 3.170

Fellow TenTec'ers:

Have been following the discussion regarding the latest software update for
the Orion with great interest.

My greatest concern has been some remarks about QSK not sounding like QSK
with the new version.

I hope folks can comment on the above as they install the new download.
Makes me think I should stick with the previous version for a while.
