A>B and B>A transfers work well, including transferring modes UNLESS USB
is the mode to be transferred.  Then everything but the mode and the
bandwidth transfer.  LSB, CW, etc. work fine.

More Data points on 1.37:

I have been using Sweep without any problems, although issues with Sweep
have often been coupled with other activities going on simultaneously.

A>B and B>A transfers are working fine in USB mode here.

I've been using "DX spot QSY function" and logging functions on
DXBase2004
and no problems with Orion response.
