Better yet, get Tom Delay to introduce a bill in the House called the "Quiet
Room Initiative."  Bill Frist can author a companion bill in the Senate
called "Silent Shack Act."  After Duh-Bya signs it no matter how loud it
really gets, most Americans will believe your room is quiet and the shack is
silent.
