I had a glitch in copying the info to send.  Just go to google, enter LM and
the four digital suffix, without the letters which are package options, and
you will get a site with links to the part data sheet.
This basic method works for any IC or transistor, just list the JEDEC base
number without the suffixes.  The suffix options are then found in links or
pages of the web site revealed.
