[TenTec] WTB Power Supply for Hercules II

I use a pair of Astron RS-70 M in parallel. Before this used a 100 amp 
RV type power supply/charger.  While it ran the amp ok, did not like the 
noise the ps.generated on 20 meters. A search of the Ten Tec reflector
