That is quite right.  Personally, I would not lose any sleep over the
"missing" crystals as they were optional and only cover the top end of the
ten meter band.  

So you miss out on FM, which you can not receive anyway, and the satellite
activity up around 29.375.  If you are not a sat op, you don't need the
crystals.

Hope this helps.  You can no doubt get the crystals from TenTec or have them
made to order.

The two socketed ones. Two are soldered in.  Someone E-mailed me the 
following privately:

They are NOT HC-6.  They are the smaller HC-25 U.

The xtal for 29 to 29.5 MHz is 14.990 MHz.  - model 212
The one for 29.5 to 30 MHz is 15.490 MHz  -- model 213
