Has anyone sent comments to ditnbits at tentec.com recently.  It used to be
that shortly after I sent an email to this address, I would get an automatic
acknowledgment and then within a couple of days I would get a human response
from Gary.

However, I sent an email detailing the headphone related audio problems that
I have encountered with my Orion and reported here on 8/16 and again on 8/30
and have received no acknowledgement or response.
