[TenTec] Omni V and Mac computers

Is there anyone using a Mac laptop to work MixW2 in the Virtual PC 
program?  I am having a problem on the transmit side of things, 
attempting to use a USB/serial cable on the laptop.

And, while I am at it, I have never used the RS232 port on the OMNI V.  
The manual for the transceiver hardly even mentions it, and in fact 
when it explains the layout of the transceiver it does not  mention it.
