[TenTec] Omni VI freq instability, 30m only

Doesn't the VI have a single PLL that runs from 5 Mz to 5.5 MHz? And
then a single crystal per band to determine new frequency ?
I recently had a low end of 10M problem that was easilly fixed by replacing
the 10A band crystal.
