[TenTec] YACWD and real CW ops (FCC)

  When you mentioned the "mean old cigar-smoking FCC examiner".. I had
to recall taking a test in NY city at 641 Washington St... The 
examiners name was Nelson Finklemann, he presented a "mean" appearance
but was really a decent guy.. I had apparently been just at the point of
passing on a test, and as I handed in my paper, he quickly checked
it, and said "if I were you, I would look at question 14 again."..
Just a bit of "FCC" trivia...
