[TenTec] Airpax circuit breaker for Orion

Does not go fast enough.
Even a fast type glass fuse will outlast a finale.
That is why Ten Tec says to use the power supply they make or fuse with the  
Airpax.
The Ten Tec supplies have the Airpax type fuse built in.
