[TenTec] Fluctuating Power Out

[Martin, AA6E]

Some meter jitter is normal, but not 10%.  It seems to be an artifact
of the ADC - number crunch - DAC process.  I wonder if v2 will address
this.  I did not see much if any "real" fluctuation in output power.
