[TenTec] Airpax circuit breaker for Orion

The only thing the airpax can help with is if the finals of the Orion go
into parasitic oscillation. A parasitic oscillation develops its own drive
and can cause the final current to go very high. This is very unlikely but
remotely possible. I have been running tentec radios for 25 years without
airpax breakers and with an Astron 35M and SWR's sometimes above 3 to 1, and
never had a failure. Adding the airpax is like an insurance policy, but in
my opinion not necessary with the Orion, Omni VI, Omni V, and Jupiter.
