[TenTec] airpax breakers

We have been using the fast airpax breakers for several years. We went with
Astron SS30M power supplies and use Power pole connectors so we can
interchange any rig with any power supply.

Also the SS30M is a lot easier to take along portable, and the Airpax is
safety.
