[TenTec] getter and tubes

If we are talking about the getter, and tube care.

the one major thing that is different is that indrect cathode heaters is 
that it take more time to warm up.  thus the 2 minute wait rule before 
applying HV,

They still need a warming period after setting on the shelf, just like the 
direct cathode heater tubes.


As TT Uses both types of tubes,  all of this is good on the reflector,  
might save someone a trip back to TT for new tubes....
