Maybe I'm easy but this strikes me as very noteworthy.

TenTec monitors the list and responds to comments!  Gee, I don't get
that kind of treatment by Honda, VW.  I doubt I'd get that treatment by
Kenwood, Icom or Yaesu either.

Great radios and real people to boot!  Cool.
