[TenTec] 1254 Q-Multiplier... Yes. Add a signal strenght meter too and replace those 1N4148s in the 2nd Mixer!

That's exactly what I was doing today: looking at the QF-1 schematic to
see if it could be done with FET's. That Q-multiplier from the 1958
Handbook sounds like the same one that I built from the 1964 Handbook. I
don't have the schematic anymore, but I still have the parts in the junk
box. Anybody have a 1958 or 1964 Handbook?
