We have several CVS stores in Johnson City (northeast Tennessee).  I went to 
two stores and found one headphone set at each.

They have probably taken them off the market because they cause lead 
poisoning and deafness.

I've looked in the two CVS Stores close to me here 70 mi SW of Nashville to 
no avail....
