[TenTec] Where is the lead? [Was: Headphones]

Sure do. Lead is used as a stabilizer in some PVC insulation. I'm aware of one case of lead poisoning that occurred in an electronics tech who had gotten into the habit of chewing on pieces of wire. See http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/00020984.htm .

It's not enough of a potential exposure to stay away from the headphones, but one more reason not to feed them to your toddler.
